60 Fun Things To Do In Tulsa

My biggest list of things to do in Tulsa: parks, museums, live music, local food, and plenty of free stuff. Every entry checked and updated for 2026.

The Center of the Universe

One of Tulsa’s strangest spots. On a bridge above the train tracks downtown, there’s a small circle. Stand in it and talk, and you’ll hear your voice echo back, but people standing just outside the circle won’t hear the echo. Great spot for a skyline picture too.

Tulsa Garden Center and Tulsa Rose Garden

A midtown spot full of gardens, right next to Woodward Park. Entry is free. The rose garden was hit by rose rosette disease and is being replanted, so it’s a work in progress, but the rest of the grounds are as pretty as ever.

Blue Dome District

Downtown has a few nightlife areas, but Blue Dome is the one most people think of first. Bars, restaurants, shops, and plenty of people out on a weekend night.

Tulsa Spotlight Theatre

Home of The Drunkard and the Olio, which has been running since 1953 and is billed as the longest-running play in America. You’re supposed to boo the villain and cheer the hero. It still plays every Saturday night.
