Bramble Breakfast & Bar
Bramble has moved a couple of times since it opened downtown in 2015. As of June 2026 it’s on Cherry Street at 1529 E 15th St. The menu is still one of the most interesting brunches in town: migas, khachapuri, and the Loxtrami. The drink menu is good too.
Get down on it: a michelada and the white cheddar short stack.
SMOKE. on Cherry Street
SMOKE. might have the most impressive brunch menu on this list, and the drink menu is just as creative. Weekend brunch starts at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. The menu changes often, so go see what’s on it.
Go for the: everything. Seriously.
The Chalkboard Kitchen + Bar
Inside the Ambassador Hotel at 13th and Main downtown. It’s a nicer, higher-priced spot for lunch and dinner, but the brunch doesn’t get nearly enough credit. The Chalkboard Frittata is my personal favorite, and the apple-cinnamon and mascarpone stuffed French toast is a close second.

The Vault
Downtown at 620 S Cincinnati, inside the old First National auto bank from the 1950s. The building alone is worth the trip: big windows and a full retro, midcentury look. The menu is big, there’s something for most diets, and weekend brunch comes with a fun cocktail list.
Order: pancakes and a round of mimosas.
