Catfish BLT. Chicken and waffles with pineapple salsa. Short ribs sandwich.

I feel like I could just leave this blurb at that, but those menu items that have to be tried to really appreciate the creative angle that The Local Table applies to their cooking.

What do people love about this truck? They’re good, fresh, and their portion sizes are very generous.

Arguably one of Tulsa’s favorite food trucks, Lone Wolf will actually be moving into a brick & mortar location of their own soon.

Over the last few years, Lone Wolf has built up a massive following around town and when they post up for the evening, it isn’t long before the line forms.

In my opinion, their signature dish that you absolutely have to try is the Kung Pao Pork Banh Mi, which I believe translates to “best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life.”

So, Gyros By Ali is another food truck that turned into a brick & mortar store (out south by the Cityplex Towers.) However, this Greek restaurant’s original food truck following has not withered.

We put GBA on this list because were are absolutely in love with the Prince Ali Gyro. If you like gyros and you like them done right, stop by this food truck next time you see them around. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Crowned as the “King of South Tulsa BBQ” by TulsaFood.com, this slick black trailer is packing some of the best brisket you’ll ever try. I know that’s a bold statement in Oklahoma, but… well, just try it for yourself and you’ll see.

He sets up in South Tulsa a lot, as expected, but if you want to experience what happens when someone buckles down and gets serious about being the best in class, I would recommend trying some of their goods soon.

Like I said, the brisket is slap-yo-mama good.

I’ve been enjoying tacos from this bunch for quite a while. They cover all the bases with great prices, perfectly fine quality Mexican food, and quick service.

At $1.50, they’ll always be on my radar when I’m in the mood for street tacos. I’m not much for tortas, but two of the other goobers at JustTulsa swear by them.

The salsa that they throw in with their tacos has just the right amount of kick to it and they always throw in a roasted pepper for dessert.
