27. Tatermash

At 31st and Harvard sits a unique little boutique — welcome to Tatermash. Offering a wide range of items like aprons, bags, tablecloths, and more, there is one significant recurring theme: the exclusive use of oil cloth. This local business has been thriving for more than a decade and shows no sign of slowing down.

28. The Brook Restaurant and Bar

With locations in Brookside and South Tulsa, this little restaurant has amassed a big following over the years. For a taste experience unlike anything you’ve ever tried, order their blackened chicken tenders or the chicken friend steak.

29. Woodward Park

At 21st and Peoria, you’ll find a giant section of Tulsa with no houses on it. Woodward Park sits on 45 acres of urban beauty. You’ll find few spots more appropriate for a Sunday picnic.



30. OneOK Field

Home to the Tulsa Drillers and the Tulsa Roughnecks FC, this gorgeous stadium sits at the northeast corner of downtown Tulsa. OneOK Field hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We had the privilege of watching the Tulsa Roughnecks final game of the regular season against OKC Energy FC. We can’t wait to go to another game next season!

31. Dilly Diner

Take a trip to the corner of 2nd and Elgin and you’ll find a fun little restaurant where the food is good and the staff is friendly. Offering some truly delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, the choices at Dilly Diner are not exactly limited. We can’t recommend this place enough.


32. Made: The Indie Emporium Shop

On the southeast corner of 5th and Boston, you’ll find a neat little boutique called Made. Since 2011, Made has built a name on carrying handmade goods from over 80 different artists and makers. You’ll also find a second location on 6th St in the Pearl District. MADE also hosts craft & design classes and workshops at their own attached studio/workspace, The Workshop.

33. All Star Sports Mini-Golf

With it’s visibility from Hwy 169, All Star Sports has reeled in plenty of curious visitors with its creatively designed course. With holes positioned on boats and in caves, this isn’t you average putt-putt course. And at $7 a head for adults to play, it’s not going to break the bank anytime soon.


34. The Park in the Pearl

Think of this like a food court, but with much better food, loads of options, and not having to go to a mall. Located at 4th and Peoria, this brilliant idea of a park has a lot to offer. Hungry patrons come in from all over Tulsa.  The only downside? Having to pick from the equally-tasty likes of MASA, Tacos Don Francisco, and Mr. Nice Guys.

35. The Blue Rose

Overlooking the Arkansas River, The Blue Rose arguably provides one of the most scenic places to dine in Tulsa. Constructed just a little south of downtown, on Riverside, you can put your bottom dollar on menu items like their blackened chicken and cheese fries. Do you enjoy live music? This is the place for you.

From McClure Park to Haikey Creek, Tulsa’s options for disc golf courses are numerous. With somewhere between 15 and 20 different places to play in the area — and with a very lively disc golf community in town — it’s plain to see why Tulsa is so in love with disc golf.

Situated right next to the aforementioned Blue Rose, Elwood’s has been a staple of the Riverparks area for many years. Offering hot dogs, brats, cold drinks, and live music, Elwood’s knows how to make a good time for its patrons.

38. Oxley Nature Center

Love hiking? Oxley Nature Center offers 9 miles of trails right near the Tulsa Zoo in Mohawk Park. An interpretive building at the location provides hands-on exhibits, a classroom, a small library and wildlife viewing area for visitors.

39. Hank’s Hamburgers

Since 1949, Hank’s has proudly specialized in burgers, fries, and shakes. Tucked away on Admiral, just west of the flea market, Hank’s burgers are pretty much peerless in comparison.  With plenty of attention from media entities like Food Network and New York Times in recent years, Hank’s serves burgers to big, loyal crowd. For hungrier types, try the Big Okie — a 1 lb., four patty burger with 4 slices of cheese. Don’t forget a to-go box!


40. Brady Theater

Among downtown Tulsa’s best music venues sits the Brady Theater. Completed in 1914, this historical structure has stood the test of time, while bringing in great artists for hundreds of thousands of Tulsans to enjoy over the decades.
